 | “We slice Leerdammer cheese, which has an irregular internal hole pattern. Despite this, we wanted to produce fixed weight portions. CFS worked with us to develop a system based on new camera and correction technology. This resulted in maximum yield due to a minimum amount of give-away. We managed to get the production lines running with fixed weight portions at a high output rate, with a minimum amount of labour."
